Concept Builders were enlisted to build a 4 bedroom family home a long with installation of a  luxury kitchen

A beautiful refurbishment of a period property in West Malling Concept refurbished this house project to an impeccable standard. Work included a significant internal refurbishment and new kitchen – all to an exceptional standard which resulted in a very desirable house.

Complete refurbishment, extension and external works.

Completely transformed the inside of the bungalow, making the area much more functional, with plenty of open plan living spaces. In the garden we designed a new patio area with interesting brick pathways leading to seating areas.

We worked on this great project in Pembury for several weeks. Both, our team and the client, were determined to finish this project on time and in high standard. We built a side return and extension creating amazing huge space for a living area and installed a new kitchen.

Our clients wanted to expand their kitchen while also meeting their objectives of having a brighter home. We achieved this by adding a large kitchen extension to the rear of the house.
